Daily Running Streak Day 499: 8 mile run in Republic, MO. Perfect running weather this morning. I regret not having more time to grab a few more miles. I made some phone adjustments that will be nice for these outings. I am going to bring my work phone will me instead of my personal phone - this is because my work phone is more portable.
