Streaking Day 458: 10 mile run in Republic, MO. I slept in this morning which was fun. By the time I got out the door it was too warm for my liking. I was glad to have my water along and I took advantage of it. I reflected on this: running is where I feel alive...running is my home...gliding smooth and swift. I listened to "A Clash of Kings" for the first 5 miles and Katy Perry for the last 5 miles. I wore my retired Altras as my new Altras are in route. My legs felt better for it.
