Streaking Day 440: enjoyed 10 gentle running miles in Republic, MO. It was way warm this morning and I ended up soaking wet. I started the run listening to a bit of "A Game of Thrones" via Audible and then transitioned to music. I paused a bit to try a couple hdr apps to capture an image for this outing post. While on the run I came up with the thought of starting a new blog - and therefore this was born!
My other thought today was regarding GENTLE MILES! I really like that as a mantra. Gentle miles captures my current approach to running. Kept it gentle and sustainable and therefore minimize injury and maximize enjoyment.
