Day 621

Logged Running Streak Day 621 via a 4 mile run in Republic, MO.  I actually slept in this morning in a good way.  I was schocked to discover how warm it was today - already 56 at 9 AM - late in December in the Ozarks.  I was distracted by laundry and other things that needed to be done today and therefore I kept it short.  I am starting to feel better.  Perhaps tomorrow will be a ten or twelve mile outing.
