Day 603

Running Streak Day 603: 3 mile run in Republic, MO.  Thankful that one of my dogs woke me up this morning to get in a morning outing before departing for work early with the wife again today.  It was a refreshing crisp environment outside the door this morning.  Two days before the You Don't Know Jack 50K.  Still envisioning going 31.05 miles without employing the rejuvinating walk segments.  Just want to get on a 8:50 to 8:55 pace and stay under 9 for the entire journey.  I have tomorrow to get my clothes and gear organized.
