Day 595

Running Streak Day 595: 3 mile run in Republic, MO.  I stayed up way late last night watching stuff with my youngest son who is just home for a handful of days.  Because my car is currently out of commission I need to go early this morning with my wife.  All of that to say that I was thankful to at least sneak in a solid 3 miles this morning.  Legs felt chipper and I am encouraged with the direction my conditioning is heading.
