Running Streak Day 497: 10 mile run in Republic, MO. Given that the forecast called for rain all morning I opted to head out with just my watch this morning. It was an enjoyable outing with light rain throughout. No music, no podcast, and no audiobooks - just my thoughts, breathing, and ground contact rhythm.
