Streaking Day 456: 10 mile run in Republic, MO. I woke up with enough time for 14 miles but I got distracted with my phone situation. I decided to go back to the LG G4. That was a bit of a process to get it activated and ready for the run. I did enjoy it for the outing as the camera is more ideal and the size a bit more portable. Yesterday I retired the Altras and therefore on this run I attempted to make my defective Hokas work. I really was enjoying the energy return but ended up straining my right calf muscle about 4 miles in. I think they will work and it is possible I will not have to try and adjust them. I listened to "A Clash of Kings" - but being so distracted by my phone I felt like I was missing some details along the way.
