Day 448

Streaking Day 448: 9 mile run in Republic, MO.  Memorable outing today given that I had to cut this one short at mile 9 and do a one mile walk-of-shame back to the house because of a bathroom emergency that struck me down in mid stride.  I was pleased with the route that had emerged via yesterday's run.  Looking foward to a smoother outing tomorrow morning.
